CABINET OF CURIOSITIES

Sybaris Gallery of Early Art

Driven by curiosity and built on purpose, this is where bold thinking meets thoughtful execution. Let’s create something meaningful together.t

A cinematic Halloween shoot created for Sybaris Gallery of Art’s Cabinet of Curiosities, exploring the darker side of its collection through a selection of antique skulls and a historical mask of shame.

The visual direction was intentionally minimal and unsettling using saturated red and deep blue light, smoke, tactile textures and close, intimate compositions to create a sense of tension and unease. Rather than relying on elaborate sets, the imagery builds a thriller atmosphere from the objects themselves, allowing their age, imperfections and disturbing histories to become the narrative.
